Was Cardi B and Offset's break up actually a surprise? Probably not. Hip-hop's former power couple called it quits earlier this month after Offset was exposed for allegedly organizing a threesome with two other women. Earlier this week, rumors surfaced that Cardi B and Offset have reconciled and placed a deal to ensure that Offset wouldn't cheat again. However, this isn't the case.

According to The Blast, Cardi B and Offset aren't even speaking to each other right now, let alone rekindling their relationship. Earlier reports claimed that Cardi and Offset got back together under the condition that the Migos rapper coughs up $10M every time he cheats. It already sounded unrealistic, but we could confirm that this is false.

Following the cheating scandal, Offset reportedly tried to cover up his tracks after text messages were leaked of his conversation with his alleged side chick Summer Bunni.

Their break-up comes conveniently before Offset releases his debut solo album. The mysterious album is set to arrive this Friday as the final solo album from the Migos. The rapper previously revealed his new project will focus on the birth of his daughter Kulture, his marriage, and his horrific car accident. We're wondering if he'll address his split from Cardi B on the album. I guess we'll find out this week if the project actually drops.
