According to the dossier, Eric Holder was arrested back in the year 2012 on two felonies for carrying a loaded firearm, after which he is reported to have struck a deal to get his sentence reduced to 6 months in a Los Angeles County jail, a far cry from the solitary quarters he is currently locked under as he awaits trial.

As part of his plea deal, Holder was ordered to never “own, use or possess any dangerous or deadly weapons, including firearms, knives or other concealable weapons," upon his return to civilian life. Before that, Holder was booked in 2009 on completely unrelated domestic battery charges, in which he planted the seed for his cooperative stance, cutting the first of several plea deals that saw his pending jail sentence reduced to an anger management course. Holder was also ordered to stay 100 yards from his baby mother at all times.

As of this writing, Eric Holder is currently seeking alternate means to defend himself, in a mental health facility, believed to be central to his pre-trial defense claims.  If given the proper opportunity via psychological testing, Holden will seek a mental health defense in court, as he sits in solitary without the possibility of bail.
