Nicki Minaj has already made her T.V. debut with her role as a judge on American Idol, and she's also voiced a character in the movie "Ice Age: Continental Drift." Now the YMCMB rapper is going to make her live-action film debut, having landed a role in the upcoming comedy flick, "The Other Woman."
THR reports that Nicki Minaj will act alongside Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton, Leslie Mann and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in "The Other Woman." The revenge comedy centers around Cameron Diaz' character, who finds out she's the 'other woman' in the movie, and teams up with Mann, who plays the wife of the cheating husband.
Nicki will play Cameron's opinionated assistant at her law firm, who is on her third marriage, while Upton's character is another one of the cheating husband's (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) mistresses, who teams up with Diaz and Mann for their revenge scheme in the film.
The film is expected to begin filming in the spring or early summer in New York.
