Nicki Minaj definitely isn't one to take shit from anyone. Recently, rapper Ransom dropped a song called "Man Alone" which picked up some buzz around the web for one line in particular, which mentions Ms. Nicki.

Ransom has previously collaborated with Nicki in her mixtape days, although he's never quite developed a following like the YMCMB signee. In Ransom's track, he spits, "Before Nicki was wearing those crazy wigs, I was doing verses for her just hoping she made it big." This was taken to mean that he was ghostwriting for Nicki-- or at least, he claims.

TMZ, of course, has asked Nicki about Ransom's line, and she blasted him, saying no one has ghostwritten for her, ever.

"What? I rap better than him, who the fuck is he, crazy?" Nicki Minaj stated. "Yo, I'm not even a man and niggas got my dick in their mouth. Are you serious? I'm undisputed because I'm the only female rapper, that, day one, I don't need no motherfucking ghostwriter. So if you tellin' that lie, you must be real fucking desperate and you still ain't gunna pop. How 'bout that."

"How a wack nigga gunna write my shit?" she added.

Listen to the song and watch the footage below.

Ransom has clarified what he meant in his lyrics, saying that the beef is a big misunderstanding. Talking to TMZ, Ransom says "What I meant was, she used to call me to get on her songs, I meant that we did verses TOGETHER. I did verses for her records."

Ransom continued to say he never ghostwrote for Nicki, "I never wrote no songs for her."
