Among the new drops that graced our speakers this weekend, singer ZAYN dropped off his sophomore album Icarus Falls, coming through with 27 total tracks to follow up on his Mind Of Mine debut that arrived back in 2016.
The entire set clocks out nearly an hour and a half and comes equipped with only two features, with Nicki Minaj and Timbaland making separate appearances at the tail of the effort on “No Candle No Light,” and “Too Much,” respectively.
Hits Daily Double currently only projects that the former One Direction star will move 15-20k units in the United States in his first week, compared to the 157K total that he earned in 2016. It’s a dismal outlook for such a long effort in the streaming era, but only time will tell what ZAYN pulls off in the end.
