The Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers are ready pick up where they left off in the NBA Finals, as Game 3 is scheduled to tipoff at 9:00pm ET tonight from the Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland. Both teams have had two days to review film, relax their aching bodies and regroup ahead of the pivotal matchup.
Or, for players like Nick Young, the two day layoff provided a little extra time to get some much needed new ink.
According to TMZ Sports, Swaggy P used some of his downtime in Cleveland yesterday to visit tattoo artist Jimmy Hayden of Focused Tattoo, who happens to be one of LeBron's favorite artists. Young didn't get a tattoo of the Larry O'Brien trophy just yet, but he did commission Hayden for a cupid tattoo on the right side of his neck.
So far in the playoffs, the streaky shooting guard is averaging just 2.7 points in a little over 10 minutes of action per night. With Andre Iguodala eyeing a return to the court in Game 3 tonight, it's likely we'll see even less of Young for the remainder of the NBA Finals.
