"Empire" is always finding ways to keep us engaged in their ish. Joining the cast as a recurring character, Nia Long will be playing the role of Giuliana. Also known as Guisi, Giuliana is apparently a powerful businesswoman who owns a fire nightclub in Las Vegas. She's willing to play hardball as she tries to score a deal with Empire Records.
Nia Long is one of the sexiest actresses we can think of, and we give this casting decision two thumbs up. Last time, Nia Long's name came up in conversation, people were debating whether or not her and J. Cole were gonna smash, so we see this is as a respectable step forward for all of us.
