We definitely don't remember this character being in the movie.

Netflix turned heads when fans discovered that the streaming service had described Thanos as an "Intergalactic Sociopath" in their description of Avengers: Infinity War. Now Netflix is turning heads for a different reason. According to Uproxx, the streaming service included one character in their cast list that just simply wasn't in the movie. How could they miss that?

To cut Netflix some slack, there are over 60 characters in the movie and a wide range of actors from Robert Downey Jr., to Mark Ruffalo, to Chris Evans. Having said that, Netflix added Jeremy Renner's character Hawkeye to the cast list. Now while we all love Hawkeye for his bow and arrow wielding capabilities, he wasn't in the latest Avengers movie. If you remember, Hawkeye was in the second Avengers movie where his character retired from being a superhero.

Although, based on the trailer for Avengers: Endgame, it seems as though Hawkeye is back and will assume the moniker of "Ronin" instead. The Russo Brothers, who direct the Avengers movies, spoke about Hawkeye's return saying "we just cooked up a story for him that is a little bit of a long play, not a short play.”

We'll see how Hawkeye's story plays out once the final film hits theatres in April.
