Marvel fans know exactly who Thanos is. He is the villain in Avengers: Infinity War, a brooding force that inspired tons of memes when he wiped out half the universe with the snap of a finger. Needless to say, he's not a nice guy and Netflix doesn't seem to think so either. In their latest description of the movie, the streaming service calls Thanos an "Intergalactic Sociopath," which had Marvel fans taking to Twitter to comment on the shade.

The full description of the movie reads “Superheroes amass to stop intergalactic sociopath Thanos from acquiring a full set of Infinity Stones and wiping out half of all life in the universe.” This isn't the first time Netflix has tried their hand at comedic descriptions for their media. They did something similar to Gossip Girl and have teased easter egg's for Black Mirror in the past as well.

With this description in mind, is Thanos really a sociopath? He does wipe out half the universe without a single ounce of remorse and with Avengers: Endgame on the horizon, he shows no signs of slowing down.

What do you think, does Netflix have a point or is "Intergalactic Sociopath" a bit of a stretch?
