Youngboy Never Broke Again's four-part series has reached its zenith. For what NBA lacks in marketing know-how, he has made a concerted effort to present four distinct themes, and somehow find patch them into one seamless body of work. Of course, it would have been much easier to release it all at once, but that would go against the spirit of the affair. The final gambit, 4WhatImportant is the culmination of the first three EPs coming to fruition, by virtue of him working so damn hard against the clock.
On "Trap House," Youngboy dials down the confessional bars, as a recapitulation. There will come a time where NBA will no longer be required to give us backstory, in spite of how good he is at picking his brain. "Trap House" is the record on 4Respect 4Freedom 4Loyalty 4WhatImportant, that is the least demanding on an emotional level, for either us really.
