Philadelphia Sixers big man Joel Embiid went TF off last night in Los Angeles, scoring 46 points, grabbing 15 rebounds, dishing out seven assists and swatting seven shots en route to Philly's 115-109 win over the Lakers. It was the first time a player had 40+ points, seven assists and seven blocks since Julius Erving did it in 1982.

In addition to Embiid's monster night, Sixers rookie Ben Simmons also filled the stat sheet with 18 points, 10 assists, nine rebounds and five steals. However, all anyone is talking about today is the clinic that Embiid put on display last night.

Afterward, Embiid spoke about putting on a show at Staples Center, and said he was a little disappointed in the lack of trash-talk out there on the court.

"It feels great. I love L.A. I love the Staples Center, so I wanted to come out here and put on a show and I did," Embiid said, per ESPN's Ramona Shelburne. "Too bad there wasn't any trash-talker out there," he said with a smile. "But I still had fun and I got going. I just wanted to be aggressive. That's my new mentality. I can't wait to keep the same momentum."

For as good as Embiid was, it was the total opposite for Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball - he finished with just two points in 21 minutes of action. "The Process" took some jabs at LaVar Ball after the game and then shared a photo of himself dominating Lonzo on twitter, but added, "I like Lonzo’s game... no shots towards him #TrustIt."
