The reporters flocked on his "inicipient" shoulders after the disappointment of a Game 4 sweep. For the first time in his career, LeBron James has been spared the blame, for not doing enough to put his team over. Reporters bore witness to his cast, realizing he was probably playing with a fissure in his hand. When that topic of conversation became stale they moved on to the subject of his pending-free agency.

LeBron indulged the conversation just a lil', steering clear of reports indicating his bags were all but packed, destination anywhere USA, his words: "Sitting down and considering everything, my family is a huge part of whatever I'll decide to do in my career, and it will continue to be that. So I don't have an answer for you right now as far as that."

Incidentally, it didn't take long for NBA talent to start tabling their best free agent offers the way of Twitter and Social Media. Joel Embiid, always more excitable than his comrade Ben Simmons, solicited King James, literally minutes after the final whistle.

Dejounte Murray of the Spurs shot the gift at LeBron, assuming team officials can work out the Kawhi Leonard situation. LeBron would need a little reassurance if he were to make the jump to San Antonio.

Enes Kanter promised plenty of "fun" if LeBron chose the Big Apple.

And that's only the pitches made in public sphere. Get your popcorn ready for the long road ahead. Even NFL players are putting their names in the pot.
