"I started this record off with just me and my guitar. I wanted to create a song that feels good musically and vocally. It happened right on the spot and honestly I was just challenging my vocal ability. As I was creating I decided to add 808s and Drums while thinking of how good this can make a girl feel. I remember when songs were about making a lady feel special & wanted to bring that vibe,” the Kansas City artist says about the record.
