Lil Uzi Vert and Metro Boomin already have a pair of platinum (and mult-platinum) collaborations in "Bad and Boujee" and "You Was Right," so it's only right that the Philly emcee make a guest appearance on Metro's new collaborative project with Nav Perfect Timing. "A$AP Ferg" unfortunately does not feature a verse from the titular rapper, but rather inspiration from his hit "Work" ("I put in work like I'm A$AP Ferg"). Uzi shares some colorful punchlines, most notably comparing the diamonds on his neck to Starbursts. Meanwhile, Uzi is lower energy, sinking into a pocket in the deceptively catchy beat and delivering some simple, effective brags. Listen to the full project here. Uzi's long-awaited LUV Is Rage 2 project is expected to be released later this year. It seems likely we'll hear more Metro production on the forthcoming album.
