Nate Diaz was in the crowd for UFC Fight Night in Austin, Texas on Sunday and he got some screen time during the FOX Sports 1 live broadcast. While Diaz was only shown briefly after the co-main event heavyweight fight between Marcin Tybura and Derrick Lewis, he made the most of his appearance.
The lightweight fighter pulled out a massive joint once the cameras were on and nearly lit the thing in front of a crowd of shocked on-lookers, including two children, before the camera cut away.
Diaz, 32, has always been open about his marijuana use and once admitted to vaping during a press conference following a loss against Conor McGregor at UFC 202. Last night was just another instance of Diaz doing whatever he wants, whenever he wants.
According to MMA Fighting, Diaz is not currently booked for any future UFC events but he is hoping to return back to the octagon this spring or summer.
