Nas' most recent studio album, Nasir, had a tardy release in the summer of 2018. In this same vein of particular timing, visuals for the album have been dropping several months later, straight into the new year. After dealing with the issue of police brutality with the music video for "Cops Shot The Kid" just days ago, Nas is back with yet another clip.

"Adam & Eve" comes to life in a hood courtyard's mundane activity. Kids run around playing with each other and sometimes by themselves. At other times, they play with toy guns.A group of these children later line up against a brick wall in various poses to recreate the scene found on Nassir's cover art.

Meanwhile, adults keep it moving either passing or chasing time. The movement is interrupted by the static figures of both Adam and Eve in the darkness of night and Nas' repentance at church as he laments for protection from generational curses.
