Mysonne has been biding his time, waiting for the fervor to die down. Now that Gucci has lowered their defenses, the Bronx General has come through with a surprise assault on the fashion titan. Lest we forget, the brand has become somewhat of a hip-hop staple throughout the years; rappers have long taken pride in draping themselves in Gucci from head to toe. Yet the tides changed once Gucci issued their now-infamous "blackface sweater," a veritable slap in the face to many. While some decided to take a "forgive and forget" approach, others opted for a more scathing take.
Enter Mysonne, primed with "Fu*k Gucci." Taking to a dark piano banger from Buk Beats, Mysonne sets an immediate tone with an aggressive refrain. "Fuck Gucci and anybody that stand with them, going to the store spending bands with em," raps Mysonne. "Disrespect the whole black race, making clothes out of blackface?!"
