Ever since Lil' Kim gave word publicly about her pregnancy, speculation arose as to who might be the father. Kim said she was a few months along and that she is expecting a baby boy. Following an interview with Mr. Papers on the Rickey Smiley Show, it was revealed that Papers is the father of the expecting child. When asked about the baby's name, Mr. Papers remained guarded, saying:
“Yeah, that’s my baby…I don’t really wanna give that to the world yet, but we gon’ let y’all know soon though. Word. You know what I mean? We ain’t gon’ hold it too long…He gon’ be a Gemini though. You know what I mean? But I don’t really wanna give you all that information.”
It's perfectly understandable Mr. Papers wants to retain some privacy for his child, but he did offer an update on the status between him and Lil' Kim, saying:
“Nah, we together, brother. Everything good. You know how they like to talk. Ain’t nothing. We together,” Mr. Papers said. “That’s my wife. That’s my baby.”
