On 4/20, the Money Mafia crew dropped their latest mixtape, Hustlin, and now they're already getting ready to roll out their next project. Today, we have the pleasure of premiering the first track from it, "Bonita."
Featuring 'Versaci Slim,' the song has much more in common with Travi$ Scott, Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan's "Mamcita" than it does with A Tribe Called Quest's "Bonita Applebum." It's a bright, screwy banger, doused in auto-tune and unhinged hooks. Perhaps this will be a new direction explored by Versaci Slim? Only time will tell.
