Today is storied hip-hop producer The Alchemist's birthday, and he's turned the tradition of gift-giving on its head, giving US a present on his earthly anniversary. The gift comes in the form of a previously-unreleased track that Uncle Al made with Mobb Deep entitled "Biology."

As soon as the song kicks off, it's immediately apparent that we're in the presence of living legends -- Alc's beat is one of the more inventive boom-bap stylings of the year, and the two-headed monster of Prodigy and Havoc go blow-for-blow on a pair of snarling verses. Honestly, if this was included on the Mobb's last album, it would've been one of the best tracks on the project.

Quotable Lyrics

All we see is dead people
We all thirst equal, looking to Grim Reap you
Repo life, take yours and that's that
And damn near do anything for more stacks
