Over the last few years, Chipotle has cemented itself as one of the most popular fast food chains in the United States. The place allows customers to customize their own burritos and the results are always delicious. The restaurant is held to a high standard thanks to their delicious concoctions. However, for MMA announcer Jimmy Smith, Chipotle probably won't be on the menu for a very long time. Yesterday, Smith took to Twitter to complain about the quality control in one of his recent burritos. Smith probably found his burrito to carry a metallic taste as he noticed there were 13 staples in the wrap.

Smith posted the pictures to Twitter and they are quite damning. Had he digested the staples, he could have gotten sick. With sharp edges, those staples could have done some serious damage.

"Look what I just pulled out of my burrito!! 9 FULL-SIZED STAPLES!!!!! Are you kidding me!?! Had to yank one out of my teeth!! Didn’t even search the rest of the burrito but I’m sure not eating it," Smith wrote before finding four more staples.

It doesn't appear as though Chipotle has replied to Smith's complaints. In an age where companies have to fan the flames of PR firestorms on Social Media, it's surprising that the brand has chosen to remain silent.

We just hope no one else experiences another staple-filled burrito.
