The current sound booming out of Brooklyn is their rendition of the drill sound. Mike Zombie, who produced Drake's "Started From The Bottom," has taken on the role of the artist more frequently in recent times with his latest drop taking inspiration from Brooklyn drill.

"Demon Time" is a hard-hitting banger filled with aggression and sliding 808s that drive the production in drill music. Zombie sits back with a chilling flow as he confidently sits atop the chaotic production.

"Track came about when Franchise Wav from Philly sent me a couple loops," he said in a statement. "I had already been working on drill type music cause I’ve been listening to a bunch of NY drill. Pop Smoke to be exact. I’ve had a lot of pent up energy with all these passings lately in my life and this song was something to channel that into."
