It seems the excessive amount of memes won't be the only repercussion for Miguel's failed attempt to jump over the crowd at the Billboard awards earlier this month. The victim of the R&B singer's now infamous leg-drop, Khyati Shah, is now considering taking legal action against Miguel, according to her attorney.
Shah was interviewed by Billboard moments after the incident, where she was shown holding an icepack to her elbow, but otherwise seemed to be in good spirits. Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, is now claiming that her condition has worsened, and the victim has been experiencing "difficulties" in wake of the accident.
On when a lawsuit would be filed, Bhola said "We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers."

[Update: Victim May Have Brain Damage]
According to the almighty TMZ, it turns out Khyati Shah has "symptoms consistent with brain damage."
"Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," said her lawyer, Vip Bhola. He also added that she should have been rushed to hospital immediately after the incident.
Test results from a neurologist will determine the course of the impending lawsuit.
