R'n'b new comer, Miguel, had a big year, with his album Kaleidoscope Dream doing very well on the charts, as well as earning a Grammy for the single "Adorn." The single originally lived in a different form, on the first volume of his Art Dealer Chic EP series. Obviously the series did something right-- it spawned one of his greatest hits to date. Thus, Miguel will once again be using the 3-song EP series formula, with the announcement of a new set of Art Dealer Chic EPs to arrive this summer.

Miguel told VIBE about the new series, "This time it’ll be bigger and better. I intend on having limited-edition apparel with them, so it’ll be really dope."

Miguel wouldn't yet announce if this series will lead to a new album, but he did speak on his upcoming remix of "How Many Drinks" with Kendrick Lamar, which he announced the other week. Miguel said of their collaboration, "Kendrick is poised to be the next staple in hip-hop [and] I certainly intend on becoming that for R&B.I don’t get that vibe that he’s putting on... I just feel like he’s just being honest in his music. Newer, younger artists, that’s what we’re all striving to do. Just be ourselves. Kendrick is one of the best examples of that."

Look out for the remix to drop this month.
