Mickey Factz makes his return today with a brand new effort, 740 Park Ave. Mickey is the kind of rapper who usually envelops his releases in an concept, and obviously this tape is no different, with the theme being an up scale residence in New York City. "Set in the most prestigious residential building in America, Mickey plays a doorman detailing his personal journey in the music industry."
His last project was also very conceptual, as he became "Mickey Mause" a 1980s graffiti artist of his own imagination.
This tape contains 14 new cuts with appearances from Sam Lao, B. Madison, Steven Tyner and more.
