Metro Boomin has put his trust in Travis Scott. La Flame is featured on five tracks on Metro's latest project Not All Heroes Wear Capes. The second song on the album, entitled "Overdue," sounds like there was no other man on this planet that was made for this instrumental other than Trav. The steady banger features a sample from the Outrun song “Anthonio (Berlin Breakdown Version)” from the film The Guest.
The cinematic sample sets the stage for the rest of the album, with Trav creeping onto the banger with the same energy he imparted on Astroworld. On "Overdue," Trav reveals that feels as if he has overdone himself with all the hit records and his nights of insane partying. He's probably right.
