Maxim has been blessing the world with their Hot 100 list for 18 years now. Since 2000, the magazine has compiled a list of the most gorgeous and influential women in pop culture. The coveted number one spot was awarded to Kate Uptown this year, but being featured on the list in any form is an honor as well. Although Kate may take the spotlight with her busty cover photo, the list of women who made this year's list is on point.
Maxim introduced the list of all 100 beautiful ladies this week, and many of the names that made that cut are obvious inclusions. The list is split into five parts, "The Bombshells," "The Divas," "The Screen Sirens," "The Funny Girls," and "The Power Players." The bombshell category includes the most women, with Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Adriana Lima, and Adwoa Aboah featured in the section that relies solely on looks. In the divas category, which includes singers, dancers, and performers, Demi Lovato, Cardi B, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna lead the charge.
For the screen sirens, it looks like superheroes are the main focus. Gal Gadot, Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, Danai Gurira, and Krysten Ritter all make appearances. For the funny girls, Chrissy Teigen, Issa Rae, Ali Wong, and Lilly Singh light up the list with their big smiles. Lastly, for the power players, Ivanka and Melania Trump, Amal Clooney, Meghan Markle, and Kim Kardashian are included as women with the world in the palm of their hands.
