Thirteen-year-old Ki'Anthony Tyus tragically passed away on December 22nd succumbing to his injuries from a car crash. All Hip Hop reports that he was a passenger in a stolen Lexus SUX that crashed into a pole during a police chase. Master P was taken back by the news since he knew Ki'Anthony personally after visiting him back in 2015 when he was shot in the leg during a basketball game.
"RIP Ki'Anthony lil soldier.. We should have been preparing this kid for college not a funeral," Master P wrote alongside a video of the child, detailing how spending time with kids like Ki'Anthony is important because he was "once likes these kids."
"[...] These kids are innocent, they just need education, love and guidance. I know that a lot of these adults are stuck in their ways so they don't listen. My focus is on helping the kids. We lost a good one but we will continue to fight."
Ki'Anthony's funeral is set to take place later this week.
