Mary J. Blige gives a powerhouse performance of her new single, "Therapy".
Mary J. Blige's The London Sessions was initially billed as "Mary Goes House!", but upon it's arrival, it was clear that there was plenty of more traditional soul and R&B there as well. Working with Disclosure and Sam Smith on multiple tracks, the album certainly has a cohesive feel, but it's just Smith who helped on the minimal doo-wop single, "Therapy".
In a new "One Mic, One Take" session, Mary proves her pipes are still in top form, nailing her vocals and proving that she likely never needs more than one go-round in the studio.
