The comic book legend has found himself in some hot water.
New reports reveal that Marvel founder Stan Lee has been accused of groping and sexually harassing nurses while receiving in-home nursing care. According to the Daily Mail, the 95 year-old comic book legend is said to have asked for oral sex in the shower, openly walks around naked, and asks to be "pleasured" in the bedroom.
The nursing company routinely employs their staff to cater to a high-end clientele, has now entered into a legal dispute with Lee. However, as of now, no police complaint or lawsuit have been officially filed against Lee.
A lawyer representing Lee has exclusively told Daily Mail that these allegations are "false and despicable" and intends to clear his "stellar good name" if the situation progresses into something more serious and judicial.
Lee is best known for creating many of the Marvel comic book series which have since sprung into ubiquity thanks to the film series. His creative endeavours include: Spider Man, The Fantastic Four, The Hulk, X-Men, and many other titles.
In recent news, James Franco used his guest spot on The Late Show to decry the allegations of sexual misconduct that have been pinned against the star following his Golden Globes appearance this past Sunday. Franco claimed any accusations were "inaccurate," claiming he doesn't know why 80s actress Ally Sheedy took to Twitter to ask why the actor was in attendance at the ceremony, given its emphasis on the Time's Up movement and combatting sexual harassment.
