Although Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War is right around the corner, the billion dollar movie studio is already promoting their next film. Ant-Man and The Wasp will continue where Peyton Reed's original left off, and fans will see Scott Lang team up with Hope van Dyne to battle a new villain. Ready Player One's Hannah John-Kamen will play Ghost, a character who was originally a man in the comic books. The sex change is welcomed by most comic book fans, since the villain wears a costume that covers his/her entire body and face.

Speaking with EWReed stated that, “The Ghost character could be male, female, anything, so it just seemed more interesting to us [to cast a woman]. Ghost’s primary power is the ability to ‘phase,’ which allows Ghost to move through solid matter. She has all sorts of strange versions of that phasing power — it proves quite difficult for Ant-Man and Wasp to deal with.” It worth mentioning the both Ant-Man and The Wasp seem to be missing from most, if not all, Avengers: Infinity War promo, which has fans speculating that the film takes place before Thanos hits planet Earth.

Check out the trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp below, and get ready for the comedic superhero epic to hit theaters on July 6, 2018.
