Marshawn Lynch gave his opinion of Colin Kaepernick's National Anthem protest last night during an interview with Conan O'Brien, saying "I'd rather see him take a knee than stand up, put his hands up, and get murdered." Marshawn added that what Kaepernick is doing isn't a threat to America, it's just bringing awareness to the problems that we have.

Can't argue with that.

Of course, when Marshawn and Conan get together it's not going to be all serious talk- and the meat of their discussion was entertaining, as expected. Marshawn recapped his experience in the wilderness with Bear Grylls and gave out one of his new candy bars to one lucky audience member, Willy Wonka style.
