Born In Gainesville, GA, but grew up in Tennessee and Louisiana, Marrone is an young and inspiring artist. He started rapping and writing songs a very young age and started to take it seriously about the age of 15. Influenced by Biggie, Nas, Jay-Z, Eminem, and Lil Wayne, Marrone's has studied them to develop the style he has now. He and his fellow label mate Evan Dupri, the two have a Label called Mile High Gang. With 3 videos on youtube, 6 mixtapes, 3 songs aired on the radio and doing live shows, the group definitely has emerged themselves to be known locally. Marrone has smooth, laid back but yet lyrical approach to his tracks. Similar to J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar, he tells stories and times of his life that has happened using metaphors and comparisons.
