We just posted that Jonathan has now been charged with two felony counts - one for attempted extortion and one for extortion by a threatening letter.
New reports by TMZ now share shocking news that the man who went after Kevin was none other than a close friend of his. The publication says Jonathan, who goes by J.T. was a homie of Kevin's for more than 15 years. J.T. is an actor and has starred in S.W.A.T., Naked and even in Kevin's movie Think Like a Man Too.
Jonathan was even present at Kevin's bachelor party. Since the news broke, the Jumanji actor has taken to Twitter to send out one message that could only be related to this. "Mind blown...Hurt...at a lost for words and simply in complete disbelief at the moment. WOW

Kevin and the woman in the video both say they had no idea they were being filmed. "I’m not perfect, I’m not gonna sit up here and say that I am or claim to be in any way, shape or form," Kevin said in his video apology. "I made a bad error in judgment putting myself in an environment where only bad things can happen, and they did. In doing that, I know I’m gonna hurt the people closest to me who I’ve talked to and apologized to, being my wife and my kids."
