Eagles, Patriots rank as the top two teams in Madden 19.
Today marks the official one-month countdown to the release of EA Sports Madden 19 and a graphic containing the ratings for all 32 team has been making the rounds, featuring the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles as the best in the game.
The Eagles have a 90 overall rating, six points higher than the next best team - the New England Patriots. Next comes the Atlanta Falcons, Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints, each of whom have a rating of 83. The New York Jets sit at the bottom of the barrel with a rating of 72, slightly behind the Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants.
EA Sports has not yet confirmed that these will be the final ratings when Madden 19 hits retailers on August 10th, but as of now this is what gamers can expect.
According to EA Sports, seven players received the coveted 99 overall rating in this year's game. The Madden 99 club includes quarterbacks Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, wide receiver Antonio Brown, tight end Rob Gronkowski, linebackers Von Miller and Luke Kuechly, and defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
Madden NFL 19 hits shelves on August 10th for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but fans can also pre-order the standard edition now and receive their choice of one Elite Player from their favorite team, as well as five Gold Team Fantasy Packs. EA Sports recently revealed that Terrell Owens will appear on the cover of the Hall of Fame Edition in his #81 Dallas Cowboys jersey.

According to IGN, "two notable enhancements that EA Sports is promising for Madden 19 include upgrades to Connected Franchises and improved player animation, like a running back pushing the pile upfront and cutting better against the defense."
