A judge has approved of Mac Miller's will, The Blast reports. The court has officially appointed his attorney, David Byrnes as the official personal representative of Mac Miller's estate. While Byrnes serves as the personal representative, Mac Miller's parents and brother were also given responsibilities in handling his estate. His parents were also listed as beneficiaries in his 2013 will.

While the judge approved of Byrnes being in charge of Mac Miller's estate, he'll have to monitor all of the money and give a report on the details surrounding the distribution of Mac Miller's assets.

The death of Mac Miller hit the hip-hop community hard. At the end of the month, some of his closest collaborators will be getting together to perform at "The Celebration Of Life" benefit concert in Mac Miller's honor. Mac's mom made the announcement a few weeks ago. The benefit concert will include performances from some of Mac's closest friends and collaborators in the hip-hop community including Chance The Rapper, Vince Staples, Earl Sweatshirt, ScHoolBoy Q, Travis Scott, SZA, Thundercat and more. All the proceeds from the concert will go towards Mac Miller's Circles Fund organization which gives  "programming, resources and opportunities to youth from underserved communities through arts and community building." The concert is set to take place on October 31st at The Greek Theatre in L.A.
