Mac Miller had a huge 2013, but he's still looking up to some of the bigger artists in the game right now. In a new interview, Mac applauded Drake's approach to his album rollout, a method that has become more and more elaborate for most artists, but one that Drake has kept solely about the music.

"Look, this is the name of the game for 2014," said Mac. "D.A.D.D. Do As Drake Does. Drake got the game on lock, if you want to watch how anyone releases music and puts out an album, watch Drake."

The WMWTSO rapper the elaborated on his appreciation for Drizzy's output. "What I like about how Drake does it is, he just lets the music do it." he said. "He doesn’t do anything that’s crazy, anything a spectacle, he doesn’t go over the top, he’s just like, “Oh here’s my single, here’s my songs.” Just like how it’s been done for years and years and years, but the music is so good that it sells his albums so I’m just D.A.D.D. Do As Drake Does."
