One has earned his stripes as a critical darling. The other has had a rougher go, catching disrespect from a variety of different corners. Still, somehow, Mac Miller and Lil Xan have found each other, developing a friendship for the ages. Or so it would seem, according to Lil Xan. The notorious rapper took to Instagram to share an image of himself and Larry Fisherman, seemingly posted up at a club of sorts; the black leather booth is a suggests a lavish establishment, though one has to wonder about the rather blasé looking female in the corner. Either way, Xan looks to be having the time of his life.
"A friend and a huge inspiration for the last decade with music!" writes Xan. "@larryfisherman congratulations on another great Album💔" Clearly, Mac has played quite the mentor for young Diego, and hopefully, Xan can learn a thing or two from Mac's own artistic development. It's unclear whether or not this friendship will yield tangible results for either party, but it is cool to see two rappers connecting and spreading the love. Swimming was a solid addition to Mac's catalog, and amidst the sea of Astroworld talk, it's refreshing to see Xan single out the introspective project.
