The first single from Lupe Fiasco's upcoming album Tetsuo & Youth, "Mission" begins with a 90 second long spoken word intro, consisting of overlapping audio of people talking about their struggles with cancer. Fiasco also name-drops the disease in his rapping, and so it's very clear what the point of this song is.
