Lupe Fiasco has been quiet since the release of Tetsuo & Youth, but he continues to excite us with new visuals from the album, one of his best projects to date. After seeing the "Madonna" video last month, Lupe now gives us the video to "Adoration of the Magi", featuring singer Crystal Torres.
The video has a noir feel, as we follow ordinary citizens--from construction workers, to nuns, to rabbis--as they file into a strip club, and all focus in on one nude dancer--while Lupe and Crystal sing, "Why you ready to die? You just a baby". "Adoration" is Lupe's favorite song from the album, and the new (NSFW) visual gives us insight into the complex ideas that went into the song.
