Luka Doncic, the 19-year old Slovenian guard who is projected to be a Top-2 pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, is reportedly undecided about whether he'll leave Real Madrid.

According to Alex Madrid of EuroHoops.net, while speaking with reporters at the EuroLeague Final Four press conference, Doncic hinted that he might stay in Europe instead of getting drafted by the Phoenix Suns or Sacramento Kings, who have the #1 and #2 picks. "Ι'm not sure if these are the last two games [in EuroLeague]," he said. "We have yet to make this decision. Perhaps after the season."

Doncic's Real Madrid squad will take on CSKA Moscow in the EuroLeague semifinals on Friday, so it's understandable that his focus is still competing in the EuroLeague. That said, ESPN's Jonathan Givony reports that Doncic's team could be plotting on a way to ensure he lands up in the right spot on June 21st. Givony writes that Doncic's "representation has some very unique leverage to steer him to a specific destination, or even nudge a trade along, should they choose."

The 6'7 guard has been playing professionally overseas since the age of 16 and he has been described as the most NBA-ready of any player in the 2018 draft class. He is widely regarded as the best passer, who is equally as impressive in the pick & roll as he is in the open court. He averaged 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists through all competitions in Europe including his time with Real Madrid in Spain.
