A couple weeks back, Chicago experimentalist Lucki Eck$ dropped his Free Wave EP, a compilation of his recent stream of FREEWAVE freestyles. While we assumed the project would signal the end of the series, Ecks has hit us with FREEWAVE 10 today, which he's given the title "Rumors".
He's retroactively added it to the EP's soundtrack playlist as well, so consider this one a bonus track. As usual, it finds Ecks displaying a playful but smoked-out delivery. He pays tribute to the great Max B in the cover art, a rapper who was no stranger to wavyness. His X project from earlier this year is still among the year's best.
