Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball is caught up in the Fortnite craze just like everyone else - so much so that he recently stayed up until 3:14 AM putting in the work to secure his first “Battle Royale" victory.
Lonzo, 20, took to his instagram story in the wee hours of the morning to share footage of his celebration, which included screaming at the top of his lungs and waking up his pregnant girlfriend, Denise Garcia. The couple is reportedly expecting a baby girl in July, which means Zo only has a few months left to celebrate his Fortnite victories in this fashion without awakening a screaming child.

In his rookie season with the Lakers, Lonzo played in 52 games, averaging 10.2 points, 7.2 assists and 6.9 rebounds. The Lakers finished with a 35-47 record, which would've meant a lottery pick in the upcoming NBA Draft but that pick now belongs to the Philadelphia Sixers. Los Angeles does own the Cavs' first round pick this year as part of the trade that sent Isaiah Thomas to L.A.
