Lloyd Banks has been getting back into the freestyle groove. Over the last month, he's released remixes of Pusha T's "Untouchable" and Jadakiss and Fabolous' "Soul Food," among others. On his latest, he's taken on Ghostface Killah's "Mighty Healthy," an instrumental from the Wu-Tang rapper's classic album Supreme Clientele that hasn't aged a bit. It's the kind of classic New York grit with a touch of luxury that Banks sounds so great over. He's planning to keep dropping off new installments in the At Your Request series, and hopefully somewhere down the line will be a new project. For now, we're more than satisfied with some unfiltered bars over production that compliments the G-Unit rapper's punchline-heavy style.

One of our writer's recently made the argument that Banks is among the greatest emcees of all time. You can check out the piece and weigh in by clicking the link above.

Quotable Lyrics:
Certifications debatable
Take a fall, stay quiet
Your fan base ain’t gone save you
You hit the floor stage divin'
Fire trail from me flying
You takin' off? Brave pilot
You makin' moves? Stay silent
