Lizzo is absolutely done with all the fatphobic comments she's received about her body and weight, so she decided to give the public a look at her workout routine in order to shut all the haters up for good. Lizzo has always been very vocal about body positivity, despite—or, perhaps, because of—all the hate she gets for being a certain size. The singer has dealt with fatphobia and fake concerns about her health from strangers her whole career, and all the while, she never ceases to show off her body whenever she feels like it. However, it looks like she's reached a certain point where she just had to let everyone know that yes, she does work out and that yes, she is healthy and that it is none of their concern.

On Tuesday (June 9th), Lizzo uploaded a video compiled of clips of different steps of her regular workout routine. In the video, she explains why, although she does exercise regularly and has been doing so for the last five years, it shouldn't matter to anyone else what she does with her body. "If you’re not a fat shamer...keep scrolling," she wrote in the caption. "Ok now that all the fat shamers are here."

"Hey," she begins. "So I’ve been working out consistently for the last five years, and it may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type. I’m working out to have my ideal body type. And you know what type that is? None of your f*cking business."

"Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job," she continues. "So next time you wanna come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s, or work out or not work out, how ‘bout you look at your own f*cking self and worry about your own got damn body. Because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside. Health is also what happens on the inside. And a lot of y’all need to do a f*cking cleanse for your insides. Namaste, have a great day."
