UK rapper Little Simz has released a new, unmastered track called "Days Like This (Interlude)." The track was posted on Soundcloud alongside a message, in which Simz thanked fans for supporting her Stillness In Wonderland project, and rewarding their support with a new gem. The track opens with a phone call from a friend, which adds a sense of verisimilitude to Simz' universe. In reality, she's a girl trying to make some money by doing what she loves, and how can you not respect that?
Over a smooth beat, Simz plays out a day in the life, calling her mother and putting in work at the studio. Josh Arcé comes through to add his perspective, culminating in a solid and personal collaboration.
