Last night, Kanye West gave the "Famous" music video a premiere event that rivaled the album's February release party at Madison Square Garden. The sold-out crowd at The Forum in L.A. got more than they bargained for with a 10-minute video that showed a naked Kanye and Kim in a large bed surrounded by 10 very realistic wax-like figures of easily recognizable celebrities -- also naked. The video was preceded with an exciting video countdown, which was paired with new music, including a new remix of "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1."

It turns out that the "ambient version" of the song was created by DJ Dodger Stadium, the LA electronic duo that contributed to five songs on The Life of Pablo. The nearly 5-minute recording of the remix that was taken at last night's party indeed sounds ambient, and also highly cinematic, combining climactic loops of tense violins and steady washes of alien bass. It's much different than the original, though one can imagine that it was a fittingly suspenseful preface to The Life of Pablo's first music video. Listen to DJ Dodger Stadium's edit of "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1" below.
