Judging by its streaming performance on the charts over the last two weeks, J. Cole's KOD has gotten some serious burn from fans. If your someone who has already burned out on the project, OG Ron C and The Chopstars are giving you the opportunity to hear it in a whole new way with the release of the Chopped Not Slopped version of the album: Purple KOD.

The Chopstars have been pretty comprehensive with giving all the big event albums the chopped treatment. Kendrick Lamar's Black Panther soundtrack received a new mix by OG Ron C, as did Jay-Z's 4:44. Some other memorable takes include Frank Ocean's Blonde, Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo, Drake's If You're Reading This It's Too Late, and the Moonlight soundtrack.

Cole recently announced new tour dates with Young Thug. The schedule includes dates across the U.S. with select cities in Canada. View the full list of dates here.

J. Cole saw three songs from his new album debut in the top ten of the Hot 100 last month. He is the first artist to debut 3 songs in the top ten simultaneously.
