The young emcees handled their business accordingly.
In March of last year, a minor beef that just barely grazed our radars ensued after rappers Lil Yachty and Thouxanbanfauni found themselves in a physical altercation that was soon followed with a good old-fashioned back-and-forth on Twitter.
Fauni would call Yachty out over the social network writing, “@lilyachty next time no security pusssy." He added: And stop half assing these lil videos so y'all look good. Show how pussy really is. How many niggas y'all got jumpin in when shit hit da fan.”
Yachty would respond by directing Fauni to “stop playing victim” and to let fans “know why u got beat.”
While it’s still unclear as to what exactly sparked the beef, it seems that the two Atlanta emcees are ready to put the pressure behind them as Lil Yachty took to Twitter today to reveal that a civil conversation with Fauni was all it took tosquash the drama. “Just talked to @Thouxanbanfauni and it's all of love,” he tweeted. “A lot of brotherly love â¤ï¸." Fauni went on to retweet the message, adding, "Do what we want Not what they tell us âªï¸."
In a week where drama has turned deadly and cost the lives of two rising stars in XXXTentacion and Jimmy Wopo, it’s refreshing to see that Lil Boat and Fauni have decided to let bygones and be bygones and look toward more positive energy.
