After the lackluster reception to his debut album, he announced that he'll be dropping the sequel to his debut project. With the project arriving at midnight, the rapper is celebrating with a brand new emoji.
With his sophomore album dropping at midnight, Lil Yachty has teamed up with Twitter to celebrate with a brand new emoji specifically designed to align with his new project. The rapper tweeted out, "#lilboat2 and u get a cool me emoji ha." The emoji is an imitation of the album cover with the rapper in front of a sunset with his chains dangling off his neck. The emoji's that have come with hashtags seem to be a relatively new feature from Twitter. They've done it for Net Neutrality, Black Panther and others. Tweet #lilboat2 and see it for yourself.

Yachty's upcoming project has been in the works for a minute. The rapper initially expected to drop at the end of 2017 but pushed it back in order to perfect it.
Aside from Lil Boat 2, Yachty has a few other project's he's working on right now including a joint project with Lil Pump, Takeoff and a collaborative effort with both Migos and Gucci Mane. Keep your eyes peeled for that.
